Drs. Liu and Eloy performing NJ's first 3D Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery
NINJ neurosurgeon, Dr. James K. Liu, and ENT surgeon, Dr. Jean Anderson Eloy, surgically cure a patient with a bromocriptine-resistant prolactin-secreting pituitary tumor using novel 3D endoscope. They are the first comprehensive endoscopic skull base team in New Jersey to remove a pituitary tumor using 3D endoscopic technology. This unique technology is part of an ongoing plan to bring new frontiers of neurosurgery to the state of New Jersey.
